Chair Assembly

Its not an Olympic event yet, but timed assembly of furniture
should be considered for 2016.

How come there seems to be more parts?

    That would require them to visit the townhouse, which hasn't happened,... yet.

    this sounds like you're having a concrete plan to show them the blue house...?

    assembly: what about a team preassembly event in the hay house and then a single fixing event in town?
