ReplyDeleteIf the boys catch a mouse (voles, mice, shrews), and we don't get to it, they kill it very quickly. Then they play with them. Uschi has eaten parts of some, but typically they lose interest and/or after some playing we distract them and toss the mouse into the tall grass (so they won't eat them). After a few seconds of looking around, they move on to a new adventure.
