After getting a lot of rest, the boys seem to be feeling better and were ready for a lap around the trails. Both leaped through the tall grasses, chased bees, and stopped to smell the flowers.

The boys are taking a “day off’ after a tough long weekend – laying around with minor wrestling, a few sprints out in the kennel and a walk outside.

Sit ..... Good Boys!
Both of the boys have been having some digestive problems the past several days, so we are shifting their wet food from one brand to another (luckily they still seem to do well with their dry food). We have offered up some choices, and they already seem to have a favorite. Despite “bad belly,” they have been as wild as ever, running on the trails, sprinting in the kennel, and wrestling for hours. We have started to use a bit of bribery (small cat food treats) to get both to tolerate their carrier and Tanj to be picked-up. So basically, they have our training well underway.

Between downpours the boys headed out on the trails. After a lot of frolicking and galloping, it was nap-time on Les’ pajamas. Uschi is getting bold with the yellow automated “panic mouse” toy, while Tanj still watches from a safe distance.Catch me if you can,...
