First Snow

We do not normally get snow, and we just blogged about the Fall, but yesterday it was cold enough to crystallize our winter rains into snow. Lesley and I excitedly hurried home from work to get the boys outside before the snow melted away. It was the boyz first snow.

A quick sniff,
before

they are ready to go,...

at full speed,...

ears flapping in the breeze,

galloping,

to and fro,

the entire family,

enjoyed the dusting of snow.

Back home,

Uschi checked out the pond water,...

before it started to snow harder,...

Mooommm,....

I've left my prints in the snow,

and had enough fun,

I'm ready to go,

inside to clean my paws in the sun,

while watching the snow.

Today we woke

to even more snow,

only about 1.5inches,... but

We do not normally get snow.
