Christmas 2012 Wrap-Up

Santa was here!  Uschi helped set up "Pooh Corner."

Apparently this garland belongs in pieces on the floor.

Its best not to take inventory on who's been naughty or nice.

Let's just get out the beautiful fruitcake and start the party!


The adults are having fun unwrapping presents...

...all of these happy noises are attracting attention.

Where's our gifts?


This one is from Grandmeow, its marked for Uschi,
but Tanji wants to "share."

There may be three separate labeled gifts,
but the boys want to select their own.


Tanji wants this one.


Vladi wants this one, but Uschi does too.


Uschi is pouting in the background, so the only thing to do is...

...let Uschi have his feathers.



 Vladi is perfectly happy to steal Tanji's toy...


 And Tanji really just wants to kick a pile of wrapping paper.


Christmas is awesome!


Even the cooking eggs have holiday colors.


 With buttered rosemary bread, the perfect Christmas brunch.

This year has been a mix of favorite traditions and new fun too.

Its going to stack up as an all-time favorite.


 Plenty of surprises, emotions, and all around good cheer.

 Vladi is sure we are all here to celebrate him.

 One Christmas puzzle is completed...

...and we on our third or fourth servings of food, the stage when
everything gets mixed in a bowl or made into a sandwich.

After a few classic holiday movies and Christmas stories...

 Its time for a long winter's nap.

 Vladi is way ahead of us.

With a big smile, having happy dreams.
