That sounds and looks just like Sam and Lila. Any attention from him is good as far as she's concerned. And if he is bathing her she purrs and purrs, even if it means that she has to suffer through scruff biting and/or rabbit kicks in between licks. :-)

I'm not sure if it is a dominance this,... probably, but they love to do it,... they are always "nibbling" on each other,... Tanji bites the neck like that and you can see his tongue licking at the same time,... Silly Bengal.
