Today we made the trek north to visit
Airo-Steed XL and
It was a very worthwhile trip.
We made some good positioning tweaks,
mainly fixing issues I caused while messing
with my position and components over time.
The #s from the Retül-ing are extremely accurate,
revealing things that you can't really see without the sensors
and computer measuring real-time joint movements in 3D.
My position was pretty close to begin with, which
gives me confidence as I work to get back in shape. Some
of the best information for me comes from these pictures
Lesley took. #1 my head is well within the plane of my torso
which decreases frontal area, i.e. improves aerodynamics.
We had our adventure and still made it home in time to
take the boys out for their evening walk.
