Lady Bug

This blog has documented some of the brother's first years adventures and their high level of spoiledness. The holiday season drove this latter point home, as they received their own packages and cards in the mail. We were at a New Years Eve gathering and the hostess gave us a gift for the boys. As soon as we got home, ~10pm, we gave them the package to enjoy.

Box Boys

Uschi eyes his latest box

We've been receiving a steady stream of packages as Les is collecting exercise videos that come up for sale on eBay. There were a large number available right after New Year's (maybe people upgrading to DVDs?), so the boys think every day is gift day. After they greet us, Tanj and Uschi's noses become plastered to the outside of the box and they lay down next to it until the "opening party" begins.

Hurry, let's see what I got!

Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday 2007

Tanjiro and Uschi-Swirl are one year old today (February 2, 2007).
It has been an adventurous first year with the boys.
Lesley and I regularly say,
"What did we do before Tanj and Uschi joined our family...?"
(sleep past 6am,...)

We also wonder how their four brothers are doing?

Yessss, we "got the boys" a chocolate birthday cake.

Do we really need an excuse,
to get a cake that serves 16 people? >;-)
