Back in Action

After a tough month for our little family, some things have changed, hopefully for the better. All three boys have been doing great and we appreciate all of the support we've gotten from friends and family.  Now its time to enjoy the spring and get back in action...

 What tha'??

 

It's DaBird in the daisy patch!

 

The boys may look disinterested, but the

equal spacing says this pack is ready for action...

 Uschi likes to hug the ground,  

 

Any birds really close to the ground belong to Uschi.

 

Tanji loves to leap in the air.

 

Sometimes it looks like Tanji is out of control,

 But he usually sticks the landing.

Well, most of the time.

 Vladi has no control whatsoever.

 Vladi is all heart, but minimal eye-paw coordination.

 Go, Vladi, Go!

 

Uschi has had enough fun, he heads back to the house. 

Two tired browns watching their baby brother...

 

Vladi still has game, but its not long before...

 

He's a bit cross-eyed from fatigue.

Its time to put away DaBird for another day,

and its good to be back.

All Tuckered Out

After a tough round of chasing DaBird fur toy,
Vladi is sleeping soundly, paws blocking the light.

Stretching out in his sleep with a big smile,
Vladi shows us how to really relax.

Fishing For Vladi

The DaBird came out and was cast onto the bed.

As expected,...

Vladi soon rushed the DaBird.

It was elusive,...

But Vladi hit it hard,...

and fought it.

In the end,

Vladi was awestruck by the DaBird.

Who Needs Feathers!?

Recently, the boys exuberant play, broke our last, in-stock, DaBird. The metal swivel snapped right in two. The boys wanted more play so we tied on one of their "Petstages Kitty Treat Pocket Cat Toys" thinking,... they won't go for this,... Well, that toy is now more exciting than the restocked DaBirds. Given the two as options,... they go for the treat pocket.

Uschi chomps down,

crazy T chews,

U gets ready to attack,...

Tanji pulls the little strings between his teeth.

Its getting away Usch,...

No you don't,...

Feathers Are Always In Style

Whatever might have been written, feathers never go out of style. Need proof?,... just open the DaBird closet door. Instantly four eyes and four ears will be pointed in your direction. Simultaneously, chattering and chirping noises start echoing around the room, even before any Bengal brother stands up.

U chatters while stalking, then

gets all four off the floor.

Tanj goes horizontal for DaBird,

then

Uschi drives the lane, Jordan-style.

Tanj powers forward,...

while Uschi comes straight at you.

Tanj is up,

Uschi is down.

T jumps out of the stadium,

then gets his blocks set to accelerate.

The boys focus,

Uschi is intent,...

and floats on his toes,

before losing his balance.

Tanj focuses his approach,

then it is back to the skies,

keeping a nice perspective.

Uschi Da Birds

Uschi has been on fire,... running on the wheel, instigating wrestling matches, battling wild straws, chasing Tanji, catching mice, defending the house from giant snakes, and jumping for DaBird.

Oooo, feathers, I like feathers...

Uschi shows his true stripes,...

lunging,

leaping, and

geting all four off the floor
for the flying DaBird.
