and steps come out to play, on a daily basis.

FIRM Wrestling

Lesley has been diligently working out and of course the boys join the fun and play with her steps and roll around near by. As with any good toy or activity, it is only enhanced with a solid bout of wrestling accompanied by loud screeching growls.

Usch and Les get ready to work on the tall step.

FIRMing Up

Uschi is stretching before his workout.

Its been 11 weeks since Les re-started The FIRM© and the boyz have not lost interest in the daily workouts. If anything, they are more likely to join in with their own version of "feeling the burn." The Transfirmer step is Uschi's favorite new toy, and Tanj can't resist playing along.

The boyz are ready to go.

Let's get this party started!

Uschi is stepping along with Les.

The step makes some irresistable noises.

The boyz love it when the step is in the
"incline" position. They fearlessly play
underneath (luckily the step is stable).

Tanj is not phased by all the noise above.

He's watching for Uschi, who really
thinks the steps are his.

It's Uschi's turn!

Uschi defends his little cave.

Tanj moves to higher ground...

...and gets comfy.

Uschi has had enough exercise.

It's nap time for now, but we know they'll
be back for more "FIRMing" later...

We have the pawprints to prove it!

How does this thing work?

A big box arrived the other day, full of used Firm goodies for Les, including the "TransFIRMer" steps. The boys, always ready for a good workout, helped with the unpacking...

What do we have here?

It's a house rule that
all new boxes belong to Uschi,

and this one smells particularly good!

Tanj arrives to "help" out...

What'cha got Uschi?

Uschi is in box heaven...

But Tanj looks like
he wants some licking...

So Uschi finds a little box
he can stand in by himself.

Uschi enjoys the packing paper,

Tanj poses with a piece of his own.

Once the steps are out of the box,

Uschi moves in to investigate.

Maybe this is a new place
to hide from Tanj.

Wait a minute...

Tanj is under here too!

As usual, the unwrapping ends...

Band Of Brothers

Uschi guards his new find.

The boys are always available to help Les when she does The FIRM© . What could be more exciting than playing with all of the goodies: the steps, the weights, the dowel, the towel, and NOW..... the pilates band!
