Trainer Test

The "Rocky IV" training shed has
been quiet since my crash.

"Airo-Steed" has been mounted on the CT, waiting,...

I climbed aboard,...
(the hardest part of the first "ride" back)

I kept my fractured wrist balanced and unweighted,...

and the effort low,...

but after 20 min of spinning the PowerCranks,...

I had a little sweat flowing,...

Mentally, it felt good to ride "up-right" a bit,...
but the wrist is still sore and weak.
My eye is still a bit bloody, and my
shoulder-bicep strain has a nice bruise.

Moving ahead.

Love the colors. Your wrist brace matches your bike.

Yes, and an observant Bengal breeder doesn't overlook that nice bruise that is starting to fall out into a very pretty two-toned rosette.

>;-) I'm rosetted,... Yeah!, no stripes however.
