Macro Lens

We had a brief spell of sunshine this afternoon, so it was a perfect time to take photos of gorgeous stars from Little Love Letter Arts.  I haven't used the macro lens for a while, and forgot how it captures the depth and complexity of things.  As you might imagine, Mr. Photogenic appeared to have his photo taken, but first it was time for the stars and their necklaces...

The camera catches the rainbow of colors from the crystals.

In this star, the opalized center glows like embers.

Sunbeams shoot off of this one's arms.

This butterfly almost looks like it will fly away.

I hear a "meow" behind me...

...Uschi is holding a pose, ready for his macro lens moment.

O.K. back to the stars...

This fun flower fairy star just glows.

Another meow behind me...

Focus on Uschi!

Maybe if I take photos of Tanji instead of stars,
Uschi will stop begging for camera time...

Nope.  The camera just loves U (and vice versa).
