Bird Feeder Dreaming

On a windy afternoon,

the birds were flocking to the feeders.

T and U were watching intently
from far below.

Uschi retreated to a good watching spot,...
(under the small preformed pond we are pulling out)

while T stayed close,...

coiled and

sprung for a closer look,

but couldn't get a grip
on the slender metal pole.

"T scared away my birdies,..."

Soon the blackbirds and finches came back,...

and so did Tanjiro,

but the birds felt no danger.
